Best Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burgers


1.5 lbs of ground turkey
1 small onion
1 celery stick
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
pinch of dried thyme & basil
pinch of cayenne (optional if you like the heat..I DO!)
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
½  cup quinoa flakes or regular oats
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in olive oil for 3-5 mins, add garlic and celery until soft.
Add onions, garlic, & celery into bowl with turkey. Mix in all remaining ingredients!
Form into patties. This should make about 5-large sized burger.
Best to BBQ in my opinion!

PS this is topped with pepper/tomato homemade salsa, a few organic tortilla chips and homemade guac!
