1 cup Spelt Flour
½ c oat flour & ½ c almond flour
(*I put almonds, oats & spelt into blender and mixed until flour like consistency)
3 mashed bananas
2 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1tsp Baking soda/1 tsp Baking powder
1tsp Almond extract (can use vanilla)
¼ c melted coconut oil
¼ c maple syrup
2/3 c Almond milk
sea salt & cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all dry ingredients together well. Heat up your coconut oil on stovetop low heat (not microwave) and place in a bowl with almond milk and maple syrup and mashed bananas. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir. No need to over mix, just until all dry ingredients are mixed in. Pour into 1 bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
Bake at 350 for 30-34 mins or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.
