DELICIOUS GREEN JUICES

I have to admit, I rarely use a certain recipe when juicing (or when making anything for that matter) but there are a few staples that I always add in. For example, lemon is a fav of mine, ginger for sure…and lots of it! Celery I love in any juice and a big delicious leafy green-kale, chard, whatever!
I love to have a juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s the perfect way to get the body going by flooding it with alkaline, nutrient rich ingredients & stimulating the digestive system.
You don’t have to go crazy, simple is fine. Just get some in ya!
Here are a few recipes to get you going. Enjoy!

Beets Me!
2 celery sticks
½ beet
½ inch ginger root
2 kale leaves (or chard)
1 small green apple

Bitter Sweet Detox
Handful of dandelion greens
1 lemon peeled
½ inch ginger root
1 small green apple
½ large cucumber peeled
2 celery sticks
handful of cilantro

Simple Pleasures
3 celery sticks
1 lemon peeled
¼ inch ginger root
