As always, I go through phases of what I love to have first thing in the morning. A shake is typical through the week, and I might go for some steel cut oats or eggs on the weekend.
Here’s one I started making a few months back and I’m loving it. Super filling, tasty & filled with nutritious goodies!
1.5 cups water
½ – ¾ c almond or rice milk
½ cucumber peeled
large handful spinach or kale
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 scoop greens (I use Isagenix!)
½ tbsp maca powder
½ tbsp lucuma powder
*sprinkle with organic coconut shavings!
