½ cup cooked quinoa (left overs)
place quinoa in small pot or pan, add ½ cup almond/hemp or rice milk and heat up slowly
add once heated…

¼ cup blueberries
1tbsp hemp seeds
couple almonds
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Cinnamon to taste!
