Egg Free, Wheat Free
This has to be one of the most simple quick recipes I’ve tried that results in an awesome tasty, gooey treat!

3 large bananas
1 large apple or approx 1/3 cup apple sauce
2 1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp vanilla or almond extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup honey ( I used cinnamon honey..yum)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 organic dark chocolate bar (I used 70% cacao)-optional (cut into chunks)
2 tbsp cacao powder-optional
Preheat oven to 350
OK- place oats, almonds, baking soda/powder, cinnamon, salt into food processor or vitamix and blend into flour like consistency. Set aside in a bowl. Place bananas, apple, vanilla, honey, 1tbsp coconut oil into food processor and blend until mixed and smooth. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients & add your chocolate chunks and mix until combined and smooth. Place in a 9×9 pan and into oven for 25-30 mins…test out by placing knife into centre. If it comes out clean you’re good to go!
In a small sauce pan heat 1 tbsp coconut oil on LOW…add maple syrup and cacao powder. Remove from heat once melted and mixed. Drizzle over your dish!
