I needed to make some easy, healthy treats for camping this weekend so I whipped up these energy balls in about 20 mins. I wanted to pack a lot of nutrients into one snack so it’s loaded up 😉
Power Stacked Balls
¼ cup Gogi berries (I soaked mine for 5-10 mins to plump up)
1/3 cup Hazelnuts
1/3 cup Almonds
1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp Raw Cacao powder
1 scoop Chocolate Hemp protein powder
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup Organic peanut butter
2-3 tbsp Unpasteurized honey
Put all ingredients into a food processor and mix until desired texture. I like to have a little crunch in mine!
Form into balls (desired size) and place into fridge for later 😉
