A cup of Matcha tea is part of my daily routine. Yup, I’m a big fan. Mix it with a little almond or rice milk and it becomes a creamy delicious cup of goodness. Aside from tasting great, matcha comes with some major added benefits. According to the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbing Capacity), matcha tea’s antioxidant load surpasses acai, gogi and dark chocolate in a big way. What about compared to blueberries? 20 times more!
