Almond Oat Bread

This gluten free, dairy free bread is a combination of oat flour, almond meal, and ground flax.

Ingredients

2 cups Almond/Oat mix**

¼ cup ground flax

1& ½ tsp baking soda (aluminum free if you have it!)

¼ tsp sea salt

4 eggs

¼ cup coconut oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar*

Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

3In separate bowl, whisk eggs and add in honey, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. I put my coconut oil and honey in a small pot and melted slightly for easy mixing.

4Place mixture into one regular sized loaf pan (I lined mine with parchment paper for easy removal)

5Bake for 40-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean

**Take 1 cup of almonds and 1 cup of whole rolled oats and blend in vitamix or food processor until flour like consistency. This should yield 2 cups of the mixture.
*Apple Cider Vinegar should be raw, organic, unfiltered
