Chocolate Fix Banana Bread

Chocolatey banana bread.

1 cup Spelt flour*

½ cup oat flour*

½ cup almond flour*

3 mashed bananas

2 Tbsp cacao powder

2 Tbsp Flax seeds

1 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Almond extract (can use vanilla)

¼ cup melted coconut oil

¼ cup maple syrup

2/3 cup Almond milk

sea salt & cinnamon


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Mix all dry ingredients together well.

3Heat up your coconut oil on stove top on low heat (not microwave) and place in a bowl with almond milk and maple syrup and mashed bananas.

4Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir. No need to over mix, just until all dry ingredients are mixed in.

5Pour into 1 bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal.

6Bake at 350 for 30-34 mins or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.

*I put almonds, oats & spelt into blender and mixed until flour like consistency
