Halibut Tacos with Mango Pepper Avocado Salsa

Fresh halibut tacos topped with mango pepper avocado salsa.
- Prep: 15 mins
- Cook: 25 mins
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Top halibut with lemon juice, salt & pepper
3Wrap in tinfoil and bake for approx 25 mins.
1Soak onions in lime juice for minimum 20 mins.
2Add all ingredients together and add onions when ready.
3Can be prepared early and placed in fridge.
4Warm your tortillas to your liking and for easy folding (without tearing!) and keep warm in oven until ready to prepare
5Once halibut is ready, prepare your tortillas as you like. I topped mine with lots of salsa, fresh arugula leaves, pea shoots & a splash of hot sauce.
Note: use any fish you enjoy best and substitute tortillas for lettuce wraps for a lighter meal ☺
