Something different than just the plain old regular hummus 😉

Miso hummus Topped with cilantro and fresh organic tomatoes = Delicious!

  • Prep: 5 mins

Ingredients

2 - 540 ml cans chick peas

2.5-3 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 Tbsp miso paste

1 clove garlic

1.5 Tbsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp turmeric

handful of cilantro

Directions

1Place all ingredients into the food processor and keep going until you reached the consistency you like.

2Top with cilantro and fresh organic tomatoes = Delicious!....this added a great flavour with the tomatoes

So as I was trying to find other ways to incorporate my miso into different dishes, I came across a recipe in the Alive Magazine for a hummus containing miso! I gave it a try and of course added my own twist & it turned out great!
