Megan’s online fitness challenge has been amazing for me. Even though I am over in England, I could follow the training schedule and keep in touch with her online. I loved how the facebook group encouraged me to keep up to date with my weekly training program and gave me some amazing ideas for healthy food every day. The exercises were easy to follow, with videos and written instructions, they were also easy to fit into your every day schedule- I did mine when my son napped! The fitness challenge has ultimately allowed me to get back in to shape since the birth of my son and last week I completed a half marathon.
